Hello, my name is Jose Santana, owner & CTO of Cyberforce IT. I’ve always had a passion for tech - whether it was fixing personal computers, upgrading systems, or keeping up with the latest innovations. That passion led me to a professional career in tech support, IT management, and enterprise technology solutions, shaping the foundation of Cyberforce IT.
I started my IT journey in Bakersfield, CA, where I worked my way up from Level 1 Tech Support to Application Analyst, and IT Specialist. This experience gave me hands-on exposure to large-scale system migrations, troubleshooting, and working with people at all levels of technical expertise. I later became an IT Manager for a large nonprofit organization partnered with a California state agency, where I managed enterprise IT infrastructure, compliance, and strategic technology planning, reinforcing the importance of proactive IT management over reactive fixes.
